No one has ascended into heaven.

"No man hath ascended up to heaven." John 3:13

Some have ascended into heaven.

"And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; For God took him." Genesis 5:24

"And Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven." 2 Kings 2:11

"Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him." Hebrews 11:5

Solution:

When Jesus in John 3 was speaking of “ascending”, He meant that no one had done it by using their own power. Here is a case where the main fact is implied. Ascending can also denote the truth that no one had attained such knowledge and wisdom of Heaven as Jesus did.

"And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days... Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel. Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward. I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD." Genesis 49: 1, 16-18
