Yes, everyone is descended from Adam and Eve.
"And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living." Genesis 3:20
Some are not.
"Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God," was "Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither
beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually." Hebrews 7:3

Solution:
For this answer, I will refer to Matthew Henry’s excellent exposition:
“He was ‘without father... nor end of life’(vs. 3). The scripture has chosen to set him forth as an extraordinary
person without giving his geneaology, that he might be a type of Christ, who as a man was without father, as God without mother,
whose priesthood did not descend to Him from another, nor from Him to another, but is perpetual.”
It is reasonable to symbolically say that Melchisedec was without father and mother, and not have an end of life, because
his geneaology was never given, and his time of death was not recorded. In this way, Paul could present the comparison to
Jesus Christ in a very apt manner.
So, yes: everyone descended from Adam and Eve in the literal sense.
