Only God is holy.

"For thou alone are holy." Revelation 15:4

Others are holy too.

"Preserve my soul; for I am holy." Psalm 86:2

Explanation:

There are two different types of “holy” spoken of in the Bible. One is a countenance of holiness which all believers and followers of God through Jesus Christ possess; that is, though they are not perfect, they are driven toward righteousness. The second type is a pure, unspotted attribute of holiness-- which only God has. The “holy” of the former is equivalent to “upright”, while the latter usage has a definition of “righteous perfection”.
