It's not OK to call someone a fool.
"Whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire." Matthew 5:22

Explanation:
It is not OK for us to call someone a fool, but it is alright for God to do so, since He knows men’s hearts as
their Creator. Jesus is God, so He was allowed to say it to those who lacked understanding.
All of scripture is written by inspiration of God; He speaks through His prophets and apostles in a spirit of prophecy. As
a result, it is OK for the psalmist and the Apostle Paul to say “thou fool” or “foolish” because it
is undeniably God who is the Author of the books of the Bible, though He chooses His prophets as His mouthpiece.
